Event Information
The championship will take place from 1st December to 5th December 2026 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, hosted right in the vibrant heart of the city center within the Bukit Bintang district.
Eligibility
The event is open to individuals aged 16 to 35 from all nationalities, academic disciplines, and professional backgrounds. Whether you are a student, young professional, advocate, researcher, or member of a debate society, you are eligible to represent your country.
Registration & Categories
Applicants can apply under six distinct categories: Fully Funded Debate Scholarship (€12.99 application fee), Partially Funded Debate Scholarship (€699), Delegate Access Pass (€599), Self-Funded Delegate (€1199), VIP Observer & Audience Pass (€299), and Visa Invitation Letter (€99).
Application
Applications must be submitted through the official European Voice Assembly portal. Applicants simply choose their preferred category, complete the online application form, and submit any required background details or motivation statements for review.
Fees & Payments
Yes. For the Fully Funded Debate Scholarship, applicants pay a nominal evaluation fee of €12.99. Confirmed delegate packages and access passes range from €99 to €1199 depending on the chosen category (such as Partially Funded, Delegate Access Pass, Self-Funded, VIP Observer, or Visa Invitation Letter).
Fees & Packages
Inclusions vary by tier. Full delegate packages include 4-star hotel accommodation in Bukit Bintang, daily buffet breakfasts, lunch, networking coffee breaks, full conference access, floor speaking opportunities, the Treasure Hunt Challenge, and triple-accredited international certification. Packages like the Delegate Access Pass or VIP Observer Pass cover event entry, networking, and sessions, excluding hotel and meals.

Yes. All registered delegates across all funding categories receive an official Malaysian Visa Invitation Letter issued by European Voice Assembly under VOOICE ASSEMBLY USA to support their visa application and travel authorization.

Certification
Yes. All qualified delegates who complete the championship will be awarded triple-accredited credentials: an International Parliamentary Championship Certificate, Institutional Event Endorsement, and Curricular Leadership Recognition.
Selection Process
Scholarship and competitive delegates are evaluated through a merit-based evaluation process. Criteria include motivation and clarity of purpose, oratory potential, critical thinking, academic/professional engagement, and alignment with the championship's global themes.
Competition
It is a high-level competitive parliamentary tournament that integrates rigorous academic policy discourse. Delegates compete in structured qualifying rounds, semi-finals, and grand finals while applying international debate standards aligned with leading parliamentary societies.
Debate Themes
The championship features 10 hot-topic global tracks out of which the best four will be selected for this championship including AI Superintelligence & Human Destiny, Geopolitics & Multipolar Security, Climate Economics & Energy Transition, Cyber Warfare & Digital Authoritarianism, and Human Rights vs. National Sovereignty.
Championship Activities
Beyond competitive debate rounds, delegates will participate in global diplomatic networking forums, country representation floor sessions, a cultural exchange evening, and an interactive Treasure Hunt Challenge designed for team-building across iconic landmarks in central Kuala Lumpur.
Eligibility
Yes. While the competition adheres to international debate standards, driven beginners and emerging youth leaders with strong public speaking interest, critical thinking skills, and passion for global issues are encouraged to participate.
Accommodation
Yes. 5-day shared accommodation at a premium 4-star hotel located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, is fully included for Fully Funded, Partially Funded, and Self-Funded delegate categories.
Institutional Participation
Yes. Universities, debate societies, high schools, NGOs, and youth organizations can officially nominate individual delegates or delegation teams to represent their institution on the global stage.
